Clifford Chance advising Informa on strategic combination with TechTarget
New York / London: Clifford Chance is advising long-time client Informa (LSE: INF.L), a member of the FTSE 100, in connection with its recently announced definitive agreement to combine its Informa Tech digital businesses with TechTarget (Nasdaq: TTGT). Informa has agreed to contribute its Informa Tech digital businesses and $350 million of cash in exchange for a 57% stake in the combined company. Existing stockholders of TechTarget will retain a 43% stake in the combined company. The combination will create a leading US-listed platform in B2B data and market access.
