Kevin Colan is a partner in Clifford Chance's US Tax, Pensions and Employment group in New York.
Kevin's experience includes representing and advising private equity funds, investment firms and pension funds on tax issues in connection with the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies, and providing counsel to public and private companies in connection with strategic acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and investments.
He also represents and advises corporate and partnership issuers in connection with structuring and issuing equity and debt instruments and other financings, and hedge funds in connection with structuring and acquiring investments in public and private companies.
