Laura is an experienced employment lawyer advising on a full range of complex employment law and HR matters.
Laura regularly advises employers on handling change management, whether it be new hires or exits, redundancy programmes or implementing new policies and change, including to improve diversity and inclusion. She is experienced with handling tricky issues in the workplace including around mental health, equality and sexual harassment.
Laura has considerable experience in dealing with contentious matters, both in the Employment Tribunal and the High Court. Her contentious practice focuses on complex discrimination claims as well as competition and confidentiality issues, including team moves.
As well as her advisory and contentious expertise Laura is experienced with supporting clients on the employment aspects of large transactions, often on a cross-jurisdictional basis. Laura enjoys advising on complex TUPE matters and has a particular expertise in outsourcing and on insolvency matters.
