Chinwe Odimba-Chapman is Global People and Talent Partner. She specialises in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law advising on a wide range of employment, labour and HR issues in the UK and on a cross border basis including: Tribunal and High Court litigation; executive recruitment, remuneration, grievance disciplinary and dismissal; restructuring/insolvency redundancies and collective matters; public and private M&A, outsourcings and employee transfers.

- Advising on drafting of employee contracts, consultancy agreements, secondment agreements, handbooks, policies and procedures
- Advising on various employment disputes including claims for unfair dismissal, sex discrimination, disability discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract
- Advising on recruitment, including advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants and defending threatened legal claims for injunctive proceedings and breach of contract
- Advising on threatened injunctive proceedings
- Advising a range of banks, funds and insurers on the implementation of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime/Senior Insurance Managers regime
- Advising on remuneration issues under CRD IV, UCITS V, AIFMD and Solvency II
