Poland regulatory
Clifford Chance, Janicka, Krużewski, Stosio i wspólnicy spółka komandytowa in Poland comprises lawyers who are regulated by the following organisations:
- National Council of Attorneys-at-law, as attorneys-at-law (radcy prawni) and trainee attorneys-at-law (aplikanci radcowscy);
- the Polish Bar Council, as advocates (adwokaci) and trainee advocates (aplikanci adwokaccy);
and/or foreign lawyers who are admitted in their home jurisdiction.
The rules and principles applicable to the practice of the above-mentioned legal professions can be found on the websites of the relevant regulatory bodies. Foreign lawyers may register with either the Local Council of either Attorneys-at-law or Advocates to practise their profession in Poland. EU rules apply to EU lawyers who have a place of establishment or provide legal services in Poland.

Non-judicial dispute resolution procedures (see also "Complaints procedure" on Complaints Page)
Under the rules applying to any adwokat (advocate) and radca prawny (attorney-at-law), a dissatisfied client may file a complaint with the local Bar Council. If the complaint is justified, the Bar Council may take disciplinary action against the advocate.
