- On the US$421 million IPO of Alupar Investimento, a Brazilian electricity transmission and generation company
- Suzano on its issuance of US$300 million 7.000% Senior Notes due 2047, the first 30 year bond issuance in the paper and cellulose sector
- Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Usina Santa Terezinha on the restructuring of its debt
- Brazilian mining company Samarco Mineração S.A. on financial consequences of an environmental incident suffered in late 2015 and potential restructuring of its approximately US$4 billion in debt
- IFC in its US$250 million financing package for Banco Daycoval, to expand access to finance for small and medium enterprises, including women-owned businesses
- A financial institution in Brazil in relation to investigations by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange
