In this series we highlight and celebrate the diversity of voices, backgrounds and experiences of people in our team.
In this episode, Lawyer, Stephanie Ofili, is in conversation with Global Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Matthew Newick.
Matthew and Stephanie explore what they've learned and gained from being a part of our reverse mentoring programme. They discuss Reni Eddo-Lodge's groundbreaking book 'Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People about Race' and the role we all play in recognising our differing challenges and supporting each other. Stephanie also shares her experience as a Co-Founder of BBCG (Black British City Group) and reflects on her school days and why she became a lawyer.
