"No-poach" agreements: What can sports learn from Portuguese & Mexican football, US Major Leagues and the UFC?

The alleged "no-poach" agreement entered into by Portuguese football clubs during the pandemic raises interesting competition law questions as we await the pending ruling from the Court of Justice of the European Union.
