Following on the HKEX's consultation paper on the creation of listing regime for special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) in Hong Kong in September this year, Clifford Chance ECM team has prepared the bilingual guide which contains a high level comparison of the proposed SPAC regime in Hong Kong, regulations applying to the primary listings of SPACs on SGX, and the regulations applying to SPACs in the U.S.
