Tianning Xiang is a partner in the Corporate Group of Clifford Chance's Beijing Office.

Tianning has over 15 years' experience in the Hong Kong equity capital market, specializing in matters related to Hong Kong listed companies, with a particular focus on initial public offerings and other equity-linked transactions in Hong Kong. He acts for both investment banks and issuers on their global offerings and listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which raised over US$70 billion in total. Tianning also acts as the regulatory compliance and M&A counsel for numerous Hong Kong listed companies and advises clients on their placements and strategic investments.
