Tianning has over 15 years' experience in the Hong Kong equity capital market, focusing on Hong Kong public companies related matters and specializing in Hong Kong initial public offerings as well as other equity linked transactions. He advises both investment banks and issuers for global offerings and listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Tianning assisted clients to raise over US$60 billion through issuance of securities. He acts as regulatory compliance and M&A counsels for numerous Hong Kong listed companies and Tianning advises clients for placement and strategic investment matters.
