National Centre for Privatisation releases the Privatisation Projects Manual

The National Centre for Privatisation (NCP) has released the Privatisation Projects Manual, mandatory for all privatisation projects in the Kingdom, including ongoing projects.
The Manual introduces a four-file process of approving projects and sets out detailed requirements for each file. The Manual also provides comprehensive guidelines for the procurement process and provides the governance necessary to ensure a successful and transparent execution of public private partnership (PPP) projects and sale of assets projects (ie privatisation projects) within the targeted sectors.
