How long is the EU legislative process? Lessons for financial services from the 2019-24 Commission

The work of the new, 2024-29 European Commission will likely include proposals for new ‘Level 1’ legislation developing the EU’s Savings and Investments Union as well as other legislative proposals affecting financial services.
