Jamie is a Partner in Clifford Chance's Asia Pacific Corporate Practice. He has a focus on private equity, private and public M&A, and joint venture transactions across India and Southeast Asia.
He has advised on transactions across a range of sectors, including digital and other infrastructure, energy transition, TMT, life sciences, healthcare, financial services, real estate and consumer transactions.
Jamie has been based in Singapore since 2018.
- A sovereign wealth fund on various matters including its investments in an independent Indian renewable energy platform, its investments in a global green hydrogen business, its investment in an Indian hydrogen business, and its investment in a Chinese-headquartered wind turbine manufacturing business.
- A US-headquartered private equity fund on multiple investments in India and across Southeast Asia, including in the pharmaceuticals, life sciences and technology sectors.
- A leading Philippines mobile network operator business on its sale of mobile telecommunications towers to several private equity-backed independent telecommunication tower operating companies.
- The sellers on the sale of a Malaysian and Indonesian hospitals business to a private equity-backed healthcare platform.
