Riaz Pirmohamed advises on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity and minority investments, with a particular focus on real assets transactions.
Riaz acts for financial investors, sovereign wealth funds and large corporates in a range of sectors, with a particular focus on transactions in physical assets, spanning real estate, infrastructure, telecommunications and aviation leasing. Riaz has deep real estate sector expertise with experience of the acquisition, disposal and development of commercial real estate across multiple asset classes in the UK and Europe.
Having trained at Clifford Chance, Riaz has spent time in our Dubai office and on secondment to Cinven.
