Neil Evans advises private equity firms, hedge funds, corporates and other financial investors on the full spectrum of corporate matters. He has extensive experience advising clients on domestic and cross-border private M&A transactions (including buyouts and corporate carve-outs), public M&A transactions, co-investment arrangements (including joint ventures), management incentivisation arrangements, reorganisations and other general corporate advice.

He is recognised as a notable practitioner in IFLR 1000 and was listed in the Legal Week 40 Under 40: Rising Star in Private Equity in 2019.
