Mark Currell is an experienced corporate lawyer advising on all aspects of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. He has a particular focus on private equity, special situations, distressed debt, corporate restructuring and private M&A transactions.
He advises both domestic and international sponsors and other funds on M&A and investment transactions in a range of sectors, including energy and resources, infrastructure, healthcare, financial, education and technology.
