Graham Brewer is a partner in the firm's Banking and Finance practice of Clifford Chance, in Dubai and has many years’ experience of advising funds, borrowers, sponsors and financiers on a wide range of financing transactions. He specialises in private credit, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, infrastructure finance, Islamic finance and restructuring.
