Thomas Schulte is the General Counsel US at Clifford Chance, based in the firm's New York office. Mr. Schulte was named a partner in 1997 and has held numerous positions within regional and global management. From 2006-2012, he was a member of the firm's Partnership Council, the supervisory board of the global firm. From 2007-2014, Mr. Schulte was the Chairman of the firm's global Audit Committee. From 2013-2017, Mr. Schulte lead the Americas Banking & Finance Group and was a member of the Global Financial Leadership Group.
