Tae Ho Cho's practice focuses primarily on public and private capital markets and other corporate finance and general corporate transactions in the real estate/REITs, specialty finance and exchange-traded products sectors. Tae Ho also works extensively with sponsors in the non-traded sector, including formation and capital raising transactions. He also acts as corporate and SEC counsel to certain of his public company clients.
