Mark has experience in a variety of cross-border and domestic transactions representing financial investors and their portfolio companies and strategics on a wide range of matters including cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, co-investments, minority and growth capital investments, corporate reorganizations and secondary transactions.
- Advising Actis in its launch of a Pan-Latin American renewable energy platform, Atlas Renewable Energy, and the acquisition of over 1,500 MW of solar photovoltaic assets from SunEdison, Antofagasta Minerals and Origin Energy.
- Advising Pfizer on its formation of a joint venture with GlaxoSmithKline to create a premier global consumer healthcare company, with Pfizer owning a 32% equity stake in the joint venture.
