Makenzie Stuard is an associate in the Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on advising clients on all aspects of antitrust law. This includes civil enforcement matters in federal court, the regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions, government investigations into a company’s conduct, and antitrust issues at the intersection of healthcare and life sciences. She also maintains an active pro bono practice representing people with disabilities.

Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Makenzie worked at the US Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division as a Paralegal Specialist.
