Jonathan Elsasser advises clients on all aspects of antitrust and competition law, with particular experience representing healthcare clients on antitrust issues related to mergers and acquisitions. Jonathan regularly represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and state health agencies. Jonathan also has extensive experience advising clients on government investigations and antitrust compliance matters.
