His practice focuses primarily on public and private capital markets and other general corporate transactions in the real estate, aviation and specialty finance sectors. Jed represents issuers in registered and private offerings of equity and debt securities, Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting and regulatory compliance. He also works with sponsors of private funds, including formation and capital raising transactions.
