Ishrath Ahmed is a bilingual (English-Bengali) associate in Clifford Chance’s transactional group, based in New York. Ishrath's banking and finance experience includes advising financial institutions, direct lenders, borrowers and sponsors in all manner of domestic and international financing transactions.

Ishrath obtained her JD from Duke University School of Law. While at Duke, she worked as a student attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where she helped non-profit organizations plan and implement community development projects in economically disadvantaged areas.
