As a Knowledge and Innovation Attorney—Americas, Inna Jackson partners with the cross-disciplinary Clifford Chance Tech Group, to deliver differentiated value to the firm's clients.  Inna serves as a strategic advisor, attorney, and business partner across  tech and AI industry, policy, governance, and thought leadership initiatives. Previously, Inna led a legal team at a global bank, focused on transforming customer experiences through innovation in payments, liquidity, cash management, trade and receivables finance, and wholesale lending.  Prior to this, Inna enabled digital initiatives at a multinational financial services corporation, including strategic partnerships with world-renowned tech and digital payments brands. Inna has also served as a key thought leader in the development of banking as a service (BaaS) and data strategies and has practiced as an M&A attorney in private practice.
