- Advising company on the purchase of three portfolios aggregating over 100 manufactured home communities through-out the United States, and related mortgage financings with GECC for $210,000,000 and $351,000,000 and additional loan modification for an excess $13,500,000, plus a bridge loan with KeyBank for $25,000,000
- Advising company on the sale of downtown commercial property in Manhattan for $45,000,000 and a twenty-year ground lease for a commercial property in Brooklyn for development and commercial use
- Advising landlords and tenants on the leasing of office property in New York City and throughout the United States for various buildings
