Brian Gardner is an Associate in the Transaction Pool, primarily servicing clients in the Tech and Corporate Groups. Brian works closely with the Complex Commercial Transactions and Outsourcing team, supporting the drafting and negotiation of business process and technology agreements. Furthermore, Brian’s practice focuses on emerging artificial intelligence and cybersecurity regulations.

Before becoming an attorney, Brian was a consultant in International Tax and Transaction Services at a multinational consulting and accounting firm. In this role, Brian gained extensive experience in corporate spin-offs and was one of six winners of the 2020 TaxTakeOne global competition.
