Ben routinely represents clients before a number of US agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as a number of US self-regulatory organizations, including the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Intercontinental Exchange, and the National Futures Association.
