Ben Peacock represents clients in criminal and regulatory investigations and in civil litigation. Ben has specific experience in investigations and civil litigation involving commodities, derivatives and securities. 

Ben routinely represents clients before a number of US agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as a number of US self-regulatory organizations, including the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Intercontinental Exchange, and the National Futures Association. Ben also has a commodities and derivatives advisory practice, including representing trading companies in connection with trading-conduct risk assessments and other trading-related issues.

  • A major global financial institution in connection with a class action alleging price-fixing and manipulation of precious metals benchmarks.
  • Two individuals sued by former US President Donald Trump for their alleged efforts to exert improper influence over the 2016 US Presidential election.
