Clifford Chance

Becca Brett is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group at Clifford Chance. Her practice focuses on complex cross-border and domestic legal matters arising under the Outbound Investment Regulations, US sanctions, export controls, US anti-money laundering (AML), and white collar criminal defense.

Becca earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. During her studies, she gained valuable insights through placements at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia under the Honorable Judge Zia M. Faruqui, and at the Department of Justice, Fraud Section, Criminal Division. She also served as an executive editor for the Georgetown Law Journal.
