LLC and SG Americas Securities, LLC, as initial purchasers, in connection with the offering by Buffalo Energy Mexico Holdings, S.A. de C.V., Buffalo Energy Infrastructure, S.A. de C.V. and Buffalo Energy, S.A. de C.V., as co-issuers, of US$530 million aggregate principal amount of 7.875% senior secured notes due 2039.
  • Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH ("DEG"), in connection with a US$52 million term facility agreement to Banco Safra to provide loans for eligible green energy projects.

LTD., as mandated lead arrangers, in connection with the financing provided to Sociedad Puerto Industrial Aguadulce S.A, a company backed by PSA International (formerly the Port of Singapore Authority) and International Container Terminal Services (ICTSI), in connection with the expansion of the multi-purpose Port of Aguadulce located in Buenaventura, Colombia.
