She has experience representing financial institutions and development finance institutions on capital markets and energy and infrastructure financings across Latin America and Europe, including project bonds, securitizations and high-yield debt.
Advised IDB Invest in connection with an A/B purchase facility provided by IDB Invest for the sale and purchase of up to US$1.8 billion electricity tariff-related receivables issued by the Chilean Treasury, for the stabilization of electricity tariffs in Chile.
Advised Cinven, an international private equity firm, in connection with the financing for acquisition of a majority stake in Amara NZero. The financing included the issuance of EUR270 million of 10.25% green senior secured notes in a transaction conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act and the establishment of a EUR50 million revolving credit facility.
Advised Panamanian bank, Multibank Inc. as issuer in connection with the issuance of USD300 million of 7.75% senior notes due 2028 in a transaction conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.
