Agata is a member of the Global Financial Markets group. She has experience representing financial institutions and development finance institutions on capital markets and energy and infrastructure financings across Latin America and Europe, including project bonds, securitizations and high-yield debt.

  • Advised IDB Invest in connection with an A/B purchase facility provided by IDB Invest for the sale and purchase of up to US$1.8 billion electricity tariff-related receivables issued by the Chilean Treasury, for the stabilization of electricity tariffs in Chile.
  • Advised Cinven, an international private equity firm, in connection with the financing for acquisition of a majority stake in Amara NZero. The financing included the issuance of EUR270 million of 10.25% green senior secured notes in a transaction conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act and the establishment of a EUR50 million revolving credit facility.
  • Advised Panamanian bank, Multibank Inc. as issuer in connection with the issuance of USD300 million of 7.75% senior notes due 2028 in a transaction conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.
