  • Shangri-La solar PV project, Colombia: IDB Invest and Bancolombia S.A. in connection with the COP473.77 billion (~US$113 million) financing for the development, construction and operation of the 201 MWp Shangri-La solar photovoltaic power plant in Tolima, Colombia
  • BBVA Securities Inc and Merrill Lynch International, as Initial Purchasers, in connection with the issuance of US$175 million aggregate principal amount of Tier Two Capital Subordinated Notes due 2034 by Banco de Occidente S.A. (Banco de Occidente).
  • Conexion Norte refinancing, Colombia: the lenders, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, together with Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. and its affiliates, in the refinancing of the Concession Conexion Norte by Autopistas del Nordeste S.A.S. in Colombia
  • ENERGO-PRO, Czech Republic: DFC and Goldman Sachs (as initial purchaser) on the issuance of €300 million senior unsecured notes due 2035 by ENERGO-PRO, a hydro power operator, distributor and supplier of electricity in Central and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea region, guaranteed by US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC)
  • Puerto Bahia port, Colombia: the lenders, led by Macquarie Bank Limited, on a US$120 million senior secured term loan facility provided to Pipeline Investment Limited (Bermuda), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frontera Energy Corporation (FEC). The loan will be used to refinance existing debt of Sociedad Portuaria Puerto Bahía S.A., the FEC subsidiary that developed and operates Puerto Bahia, a strategic port facility located in Baru, Cartagena, Colombia
  • Bogotá-Girardot toll road, Colombia: Blackrock Infrastructure, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Colombia S.A., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional S.A. and Unión para la Infraestructura – UPI, in connection with the COP 2.6 billion (~US$560 million) long-term financing of the Bogotá - Girardot toll road in Colombia
  • Rumichaca-Pasto roll road, Colombia: Concesionaria Vial Unión del Sur S.A.S. (the Concessionaire), Sacyr Concesiones S.L., Sudamericana Integral de Construcciones Sudinco S.A., and certain of their affiliates in connection with the refinancing of the project finance debt incurred to finance the construction and development of the Rumichaca-Pasto 4G toll road
  • Enel Transmision, Chile: The lenders, issuing banks and hedge providers, on the US$1.2 billion equivalent multi-tranche and dual-currency financing provided to Sociedad Transmisora Metropolitana SpA (STM) for the acquisition of the entire stake in Enel Transmisión Chile S.A. (Enel Transmisión Chile), from Enel Chile S.A. and other shareholders participating in the public tender offer conducted in Chile.
  • Grupo Energia Bogota, Latin America: a syndicate of lenders, including Scotiabank and SMBC, as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, as well as Bank of China (Panama), Citibank and Banco de Sabadell (Miami) in connection with a syndicated US$509 million multiple draw term loan facility for Grupo Energía Bogota S.A. E.S.P. (GEB), a leading owner, developer and operator of electricity and natural gas infrastructure assets across Latin America, with a presence in Colombia, Peru, Guatemala and Brazil
