- Advising a data centre developer on construction documentation relating to development of data centres
- Advised HSBC on the financing of Airbus A350-900 aircraft for Air India, the first GIFT City aviation financing in India
- Advised BlackRock Long Term Private Capital on the sale of the luxury fragrance business Creed to Kering
- Advised MiddleGround Capital on the acquisition of automotive transmission systems manufacturer Xtrac
