Aleksander Ostafil has experience in competition law, foreign direct investment control and unfair trading practices.
Aleksander advises clients in proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority, including antimonopoly proceedings, investigations, consumer protection proceedings and matters related to unfair trading practices.
He has also worked on numerous merger control cases for major international companies from various sectors (including e-commerce, TMT, FMCG, fintech, automotive) and advised a number of clients on their internal investigations and compliance audits.
