Tiemen represents clients in complex and high-stakes disputes, often with a cross-border element. He has broad experience acting for private equity, corporate and banking clients in (post-)M&A disputes and other corporate and commercial disputes, both before the Dutch courts as well as in arbitration. Tiemen was previously seconded to Shell's Global Litigation group and has particular expertise in the energy sector.
