Sara Schermerhorn is one of the specialists in the Amsterdam Employment practice. She advises on the full range of employment law and related topics and is responsible for the group's know how and (client) publications. Topics that had her special attention over the past period include the diversity & inclusion requirements for listed and large companies, conflicting collective bargaining agreements and the implementation of the EU Whistleblower Directive. Sara also has extensive expertise advising companies on employee consultation requirements in e.g. (cross-border) reorganizations, financing transactions or with regard to other strategic decision making.
