Pascal Borsjé is an expert on the subjects of (international) tax and legal aspects of pension and investment fund structuring, and an expert on the related EU law aspects. He authored various articles on this topic and spoke at various seminars and university lectures, and is an affiliate at the Utrecht Centre for Regulation and Enforcement in Europe (RENFORCE) of the Utrecht University. He has extensive experience in the (international) tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
