Martine Trip – Meijboom has extensive experience in leveraged finance and direct lending. She advises lenders and borrowers across domestic and international and cross-border financing transactions. Her focus is on the Clifford Chance GFM network and the thereto related Dutch law local counsel work. Martine coordinates, staffs and leads the Dutch law local counsel HUB for GFM Amsterdam to: (i) optimize the collaboration, efficiency, quality and way we work together with the various CC offices, (ii) allocate the Dutch local counsel work within GFM Amsterdam and (iii) support the areas of interest and learning curve of these individual lawyers. Furthermore, Martine is a certified trainer, facilitator and coach. She specializes in overall Organizational Health with a focus on the strong interaction between personal Leadership and Well-being.
