Dennis Faber is Professor of Private, Commercial and Insolvency Law at the Business & Law Research Centre of the Radboud University Nijmegen and member of its Executive Board. He is Senior Adviser in our Amsterdam office.
Dennis has published a leading book on set-off and approximately 300 articles and case notes on insolvency law, secured transactions, structured finance, trust law, contract law, commercial law and other areas of private law. He is co-editor of the Oxford International and Comparative Insolvency Law Series, and has participated in various other international projects in the field of insolvency law and secured transactions.
