David Woolmer is an English law qualified Counsel in the Global Financial Markets group. His primary focus is export finance. David also works on development finance, and project finance as well as wider work on syndicated and leverage lending.

He acts both borrower and lender-side (and also on the growing refinancing processes behind buyer credit facilities). David's work on export financings covers a wide range of export credit agencies across diverse sectors including renewables, telecommunications, infrastructure and shipping and is geographically diverse, though with an emphasis on Africa.

He has also worked on a range of project financings (including renewables financings) and trade and development finance work that compliment his export finance practice.
