Clifford Chance
Victoria specialises in the structuring, set-up and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs) with a particular focus on infrastructure, real estate and private equity funds. She is also directly involved in negotiation with development finance institutions.
