Pierre Hever is an Associate in the Global Finance Markets practice of Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office. He joined the firm in 2023.

He specialises in multijurisdictional and national financing transactions, in particular in fund finance. He has also experience in securitisations and works on structured finance, asset finance, acquisition finance, bank lending and real estate finance as well.
