Pawel Buniowski is an associate in the Investment Funds practice of Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office.

Pawel is involved in the setting up and structuring of investment funds, with an emphasis on alternative structures, including RAIFs, SIFs, unregulated AIFs, in various corporate forms. Further, he advises on ESG (Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance), the AIFM Directive and other regulatory topics.
