She acts for major private equity houses and corporates. She also acquired a strong expertise in management incentive plans (equity and phantom schemes) and carried interest schemes.
While her practice relates to various sectors, she has a significant experience in healthcare, real estate, infrastructure and TMT sectors.

- KKR and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan on the acquisition of a 40% interest in Caruna from First Sentier Investors, formerly known as First State Investments.

- Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust ('CEREIT') on the sale of 12 assets across Continental Europe in France, Denmark and the Netherlands for EUR 65.7 million.
