Clifford Chance
Margaux specialises in national and cross-border banking and finance work, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and secured lending. She advises in particular funds, large international investment banks and Luxembourg banks on financing transactions for Luxembourg-based investment funds. She has been a member of the LPEA Financing in PE Legal Committee since 2024.
- Advising Stirling Square Capital Partners on the acquisition of Sustainable Agro Solutions
- Advising Lowell group, a leading European debt purchaser majority owned by private equity funds controlled by Permira, with respect to the issuance of GBP 1,6 billion (equivalent) in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes in a combination of euro and sterling-denominated fixed rate notes and euro-denominated floating rate notes through Garfunkelux Holdco 3 S.A.
- Advising Garfunkelux Holdco 3 S.A on the amendment and restatement of the existing credit facility in order to, amongst others, extend the maturity of the revolving credit facility
- Advising EIB on the financing of the acquisition of new railway rolling stock by the Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois.
- Advising EIB as lender under a Luxembourg law governed finance contract with Azimo Holding B.V.
- Advising EIF in relation to the redaction of a pro forma subordinated term loan facility agreement in the context of the Programme for Employment and Social Innovation.
- Advising EIF on the amendment and restatement of the funding agreement and the intercreditor agreement in relation to the European SME Initiative in Malta.
- Advising EIF on the amendment of the funding agreement and the amendment and restatement of the intercreditor agreement in relation to the European SME Initiative in Romania.
- Advising EIF on the amendment and restatement of the funding agreement and the intercreditor agreement in relation to the European SME Initiative in Finland
- Advising Signature Capital in the context of the financing of the acquisition of a real estate portfolio consisting of four properties located in Berlin-Mitte and Berlin-Kreuzberg
