Céline Vignoble advises clients on the structuring and ongoing operational aspect of both regulated and unregulated investment funds with a focus on private equity, debt, and real estate. She also advises clients on ESG considerations including the SFDR/Taxonomy regulation.
- On the set up, structuring and day-to-day operations of unregulated alternative investment funds (including reserved alternative investment funds) with a focus on private equity, debt, and real estate.
- On the set up, structuring, day-to-day operations and authorisation of regulated investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS (e.g. compartment structuring, liquidation of compartment, mergers of share classes/compartments and regulatory advice).
- Various clients on ESG considerations, including the EU regulation 2019/2088 sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (SFDR) (pre-contractual disclosure, website disclosure and reporting) and the EU Taxonomy Regulation, for both regulated and unregulated funds.
- Clients on general regulatory matters and transactional work in relation to Luxembourg alternative investment funds.
