Antoine-David Freymann advises local and international clients on various aspects of international and corporate tax law. He specialises in the tax structuring of investment funds and their investments, negotiations with fund investors and carried interest. He has a strong interest in transfer pricing (TP), actively developing the practice and regularly advising clients on developing robust TP strategies and drafting TP documentation.
