Adnes Muhovic, is a Counsel in the Global Financial Markets practice at Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office.

With over a decade of experience, Adnes advises lenders and borrowers in fund finance facilities, both domestically and internationally. His expertise extends to a wide array of debt financing areas, with a particular focus on unsecured and secured fund-level and holdco-level financings, as well as specialist financings such as ESG/Sustainability-linked loans. Additionally, he has significant experience in general corporate lending, structured finance, asset finance, acquisition finance, and real estate finance.
