Kengyi specialises in international arbitration and dispute resolution. With experience gained from working in both London and Tokyo, she advises Japanese and international clients on complex cross-border disputes.

She has represented clients from a wide range of industry sectors in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules (including JCAA, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, and VIAC), as well as in UNCITRAL and ad hoc arbitrations. Her recent practice has focused on construction matters, particularly those involving large-scale power and infrastructure projects. Kengyi also has experience of commercial litigation matters before the English courts, with an emphasis on insurance disputes – she has provided advice in relation to insurance policy wordings, coverage issues, and insurance aspects in corporate transactions.
