Sabra Ferhat specialises in competition law, having significant experience in our London team and relocated to the Middle East as the Firm's first dedicated regional antitrust expert based in the UAE.
She has extensive experience advising businesses on international merger control, foreign direct investment, antitrust investigations and competition law compliance across a wide range of sectors including tech, telecoms, energy, consumer goods, insurance and banking.
Before joining Clifford Chance in 2018 as a member of the Firm's London antitrust practice, Sabra worked as in-house competition counsel at British broadcaster Sky and prior to that in private practice in Brussels. She is a dual qualified lawyer (EU and UK).
